Step 1 – Access registration screen

From the undergraduate / graduate section of the site, click on the «Free Registration» button to quickly access the CV registration screen. From here you will be able to complete a professional CV quickly and get it online and available for employers to see. Hospitality companies (such as hotels, cruises, casinos, airlines, tour operators, spas, resorts, restaurants and bars) will be able to contact you directly with job offers.

Step 2 – Undergraduate / Graduate Registration Process

Complete the simple online registration form to receive instant FREE membership to h-g-r. It is crucial that you submit a valid and accessible email address. All registration information and job opportunities/requests from possible employers will be sent to this account.

Step 3 – FREE registration complete!

You will receive an automated confirmation email, and you are now ready to submit your CV, search for jobs, and access our FREE downloads.

Step 1 – Access CV submission/edit screen

Firstly log in, then from the undergraduate / graduate section of the site, click on the «Submit your CV» button.

We recommend that before you submit your CV, you access our FREE help downloads (see demo screen 4), which will assist you in preparing a quality CV.

When you are submitting your CV fully for the first time, you must complete ALL 5 steps of the process in one session in order for it to be saved to our database. This is very important otherwise you will lose your work.

Step 2 – Input your CV information

You will be guided through a comprehensive and structured CV template, which will result in a fully automated professional end CV product . You can cut and paste from your existing CV to save time. You must complete ALL 5 steps of the process in one session.

Step 3 – Your completed CV

Your newly created CV will be accessible for employers to view, and for them to contact you directly with job and training opportunities. You can also print and use the CV yourself.

Step 1– Access the edit CV screen

Firstly log in, then from the undergraduate / graduate section welcome-screen, click on the «Edit/Add CV» button.

Step 2 – Editing your CV

You can click on the required step number button for the section of your CV that you want to edit. You can now edit any information within that section.

Step 3 – Saving your changes

Once you are happy with the changes you have edited in a section, you MUST save these changes by clicking on the «Save» button within each section.

You can then move to another section to make more changes, or you can choose to save the edited CV to our database.

Access search job postings screen

From the undergraduate / graduate section of the site, click on the «Search Job Postings» button. You will then be directed to our database of global job and (management) training opportunities for hospitality students and recent alumni.

You must be registered with a CV uploaded to access the contact details of a possible employer. Registration is FREE for all hospitality students and recent alumni.
