1. How to subscribe

Step 1 – Access subscription screen

From the employer section of the site, click on the ‘Subscription' button to access the subscriptions section for immediate access to the services of hospitality graduate recruitment.


Step 2 – Choose product

Firstly choose the membership period that best suits your needs. All memberships offer unlimited graduate and undergraduate CV database access. 6 & 12 month memberships offer unlimited job postings, and 1 month memberships gives you 3 job postings. If you have more than one business location, then simply click on the "group account" link.

You will subsequently be asked to complete your personal information and to set up some basic account information. If you have been referred to h-g-r by an associate or a colleague, then you must enter their respective codes please. Once you are a member, you too can make a referral to earn a cash referral fee.

Step 3 – Payment options

Once you have chosen the right product for your business, you will receive an automated invoice which can either be paid by PayPal® (PayPal® also enables you to pay by credit cards like VISA VISA card, MasterCard Mastercard or AMERICAN EXPRESS AMERICAN EXPRESS card) or by international bank transfer.

2. How to post a job and how to manage
your job postings

Step 1 – Access job posting screen

From the employer section of the site, click on the «Post a Job Vacancy» button to access the job postings section of the site. From here you can post all of your hospitality vacancies, and graduates and undergraduates will be able to apply directly to your open positions.

You must be logged in to access this feature, and to obtain a log in code, you must have subscribed.


Step 2 – Post a job

You will be guided through a simple automated process to post all your vacancies onto the website.   Your job location will automatically default to your business details registered upon subscription.  If you have multiple locations (i.e. you are a group user), then you will have a choice of locations to select.  You can also prepare vacancies in advance and store them without actively posting them.

Each job posting will have a shelf life of 60 days.  You will receive an automated email 7 days before the job expires.  You will then have the opportunity to renew this vacancy or allow it to expire.

Step 3 – Job listings

Once you have uploaded your vacancy, graduates and undergraduates will be able to search and apply directly to you, based on the application criterion that you have set.

3. How to search the database for CVs

Step 1– Search: Access CV database screen.

From the employer section of the site, click on the ‘Access CV database' button to be directed to the hospitality undergraduate and graduate database from the leading global hotel schools, colleges and universities.

You must be logged in to access this feature, and to obtain a log in code, you must have subscribed.


Step 2 – Enter CV search parameters

You can complete a basic or advanced search, stipulating the exact requirements of the applicants you seek.

Step 3 – CV search results

All CVs that match your exact requirements will be summarised, and you can quickly view suitability of each.

Step 4 – CV search results

Once you have identified suitable candidates, you can contact them directly by email or telephone.
